How much does it cost to repair an appliance?
This depends entirely on the appliance and the issue you’re having. Typically, you’ll be paying between $89-129 for the diagnostic plus $30-40 for parts installation. The only real “variable” in the equation are the parts themselves, which range from $20 to $500 and up, depending on the part.
The average repair for relatively serious issues (i.e. not draining, not heating, leaking, not turning on, not shutting off, shakes violently and etc…) runs between $169 and $300.
Is there a warranty on the repairs?
Of course! We take pride in the work that we do and the services we offer. That’s why we provide 3 months of warranty from the date of completion on both parts and labour.
We also have regular promotions offering extended warranty at no cost, make sure you ask our technicians!
Do you fix small appliances?
Unfortunately, we don’t. In most cases, your best bet would be to call the manufacturer and have them recommend a local company that does.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
We always do our best to get clients booked in as quickly as possible. In most cases, we’re able to offer same-day or next-day appointments, with some rare exceptions.
Can you come in the evening?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide evening or overnight appointments. Our hours are from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, with the final diagnostic appointments going out before 6:00PM.
Do you sell used parts?
Here at Century Appliance Repair, we never sell or install used parts. Every part that we use for each and every single job we take on is brand new and manufacturer-approved.
